When will my order ship?

We try to ship orders the same day they are received. However:

  • Orders received after 4:00 p.m. Central Time will ship the next business day.

  • Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will ship the next business day.

* Customers who select Ground or Standard international shipping may not have their order shipped the same day the order is received or the next business day. When the order is shipped is not guaranteed.

* * Customers who provide a post office box for delivery may experience a delay. Post office box delivery is not available in the United States and many international locations.

FedEx Priority Overnight

  • The delivery time is 1 business day. Packages will be delivered by 10:30 a.m. to businesses in metropolitan areas; by noon to smaller cities and residences; and by 4:30 p.m. to remote locations.
  • The package is trackable; that is, you will be emailed a tracking number when the package is shipped.
  • The package is insured.

FedEx Saturday Delivery

  • Packages will be delivered by noon to metropolitan areas; by 1:30 p.m. to smaller cities. Not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • The package is trackable; that is, you will be emailed a tracking number when the package is shipped.
  • The package is insured.

FedEx Standard Overnight

  • The delivery time is 1 business day.
  • The package is trackable; that is, you will be emailed a tracking number when the package is shipped.
  • The package is insured.

FedEx Economy (2 days)

  • The delivery time is 2 business days. Packages will be delivered by 4:30 p.m. to business addresses and by 7:00 p.m. to residential addresses.
  • The package is trackable; that is, you will be emailed a tracking number when the package is shipped.
  • The package is insured.

Guaranteed 3-day

  • The delivery time is guaranteed 3 business days or less.
  • We will select the shipping method. It will be either FedEx or UPS.
  • The package is trackable; that is, you will be emailed a tracking number when the package is shipped.
  • The package is insured.

Ground (1-5 days)

  • We will select the shipping method. It will be either FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or FedEx Express.
  • The delivery time is 1 to 5 business days depending on the distance from College Station, Texas to your shipping destination. Generally

      2 days to AL, AR, CO, IL, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NE, NM, OK, TN
      3 days to AZ, DE, GA, FL, IA, IN, MD, MN, MT, NC, ND, NJ, PA, SC, SD, VA, WI, WV, WY, UT
      4 days to CA, ID, OH, MI, NV, NY, OR, WA
      5 days to CT, MA, ME, NH, RI, VT

Alaska & Hawaii shipping options

FedEx Priority Overnight

  • The delivery time is 1 business day. Packages will be delivered by 5:00 p.m.
  • The package is trackable; that is, you will be emailed a tracking number when the package is shipped.
  • The package is insured.

FedEx Economy (2-3 days)

  • The delivery time is 2 or 3 business days, depending on your location.
  • The package is trackable; that is, you will be emailed a tracking number when the package is shipped.
  • The package is insured.

International shipping options

If we are shipping to an address outside the U.S., the shipping charge includes the fee for customs clearance but not any duties or taxes (including VAT) that may be imposed. We ship DAP (Delivered at Place), so duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If taxes are due, you will be contacted by a Customs agent, your local Customs broker, or your local common carrier, e.g., FedEx. Carriers may also charge an advancement fee for any duties and taxes paid on your behalf.

Priority

  • Fastest shipping option. Customers who select Priority international shipping will have their order processed and shipped before other international shipping methods.
  • The delivery time to customs depends on your location, but is generally 2 to 4 business days.
  • The shipping method will be FedEx International Priority or DHL.
  • The package is trackable; that is, you will be emailed a tracking number when the package is shipped.
  • The package is insured.
  • The service is door-to-door.
  • The shipping charge includes the fee for customs clearance but not any duties or taxes that may be imposed. We ship DAP (Delivered at Place), so duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If taxes are due, you will be contacted by a Customs agent, your local Customs broker, or your local common carrier, e.g., FedEx. Carriers may also charge an advancement fee for any duties and taxes paid on your behalf.

Expedited

  • The delivery time to customs will vary, but is generally 4 to 6 business days.
  • We will select the shipping method. It will be either FedEx or DHL.
  • The package is trackable; that is, you will be emailed a tracking number when the package is shipped.
  • The package is insured.
  • The service is door-to-door.
  • The shipping charge includes the fee for customs clearance but not any duties or taxes that may be imposed. We ship DAP (Delivered at Place), so duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If taxes are due, you will be contacted by a Customs agent, your local Customs broker, or your local common carrier, e.g., FedEx. Carriers may also charge an advancement fee for any duties and taxes paid on your behalf.

Standard

  • The delivery time to customs will vary, but is generally 8 to 12 business days.
  • We will select the shipping method. It could be First Class Mail International, Priority Mail International, Express Mail, DHL, or FedEx.
  • The package is not trackable.
  • The package is insured.
  • The service is door-to-door.
  • The shipping charge includes the fee for customs clearance but not any duties or taxes that may be imposed. We ship DAP (Delivered at Place), so duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If taxes are due, you will be contacted by a Customs agent, your local Customs broker, or your local common carrier, e.g., FedEx. Carriers may also charge an advancement fee for any duties and taxes paid on your behalf.
