The 14th Oceania Stata Conference takes place 28 January 2027 virtually.
Share, learn, and engage with leading Stata users from around the world. Learn new methods and techniques and hear how leading researchers use Stata in their journey of discovery and exploration of data.
Survey Design and Analysis Services (SDAS) welcomes submissions showcasing the application of Stata in research, methodological presentations discussing or proposing innovative methods in Stata, and technical presentations utilizing Stata to advance research outcomes.

Abstracts should be not more than 250 words and must be submitted as a PDF file. Include your name, affiliation, and phone number. If your presentation has multiple authors, please identify the presenter.

A swift Stata story is a five-minute presentation on an interesting use of Stata or your community-contributed Stata command. A prize will be awarded for the favorite story!
The Oceania Stata Conference scientific committee invites you to submit your concept. A concept should be no more than one paragraph describing your intended presentation. If your concept is accepted, you will be invited to prepare a five-minute recording. This might include three to five PowerPoint slides, a poster, or live use of Stata. Recorded presentations will be shown at the conference. Foreign languages, for example, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaya, Mandarin, Māori, Tagalog, or others are welcome; however, translations must be available, and the initial concept must be written in English.
The committee will select the winning swift Stata story, which will be announced on the day of the conference. Submissions will be judged on clarity of presentation, novelty of the use of Stata, and general interest.
