Reporting your results just got easier with Stata 16. With putdocx, you can create customized reports in Word that include Stata results and graphs. And now, you can easily incorporate large blocks of text, headers, footers, and chapter and page numbers in your report.

Join Gabriela Ortiz, Applied Econometrician, as she demonstrates how to create Word documents with Stata summary statistics, regression tables, and graphs. Find out how to interact Stata's features with Word's features and how to automate your work when you want to regularly update reports. You will also see how easy it is to use putpdf and putexcel to similarly create reproducible reports in PDF and Excel formats.

Gabriela Ortiz portrait

Gabriela Ortiz is an Applied Econometrician at StataCorp. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of California, Davis, and a master's degree in economics from California State University, Long Beach. Gabriela is a primary author of Stata's reporting manual and has contributed to the development of each of the reporting features. She also developed and regularly teaches Stata's introductory webinars.
