Stata and the year 2000

Extensive automated test scripts have been run on all platforms for which Stata is available. Since Stata is programmable, Stata users can add their own commands to Stata. We cannot guarantee, of course, that user-written commands satisfy Year 2000 compliance, but given how Stata is structured, a user would have to work at making a program that is not compliant.
