Customers located in the United States and Canada

If you purchase a forthcoming or out-of-stock item, we will ship available items now and the forthcoming item once stock is available; we will not charge extra shipping.

Customers located outside the United States and Canada

If you purchase a forthcoming or out-of-stock item, we will hold your entire order until the forthcoming item is available. Of course, your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.

If your order includes in-stock items, and you want us to ship these now at an additional shipping charge, then please submit your order and email service@stata.com. Tell us that you would like your in-stock items shipped now, and we will respond with a price quote.
