The change in calendar was effected at different times in various
countries. The algorithm that Nick reports works for the future, but
someone with time to spare might check in which countries it would give
the correct date. AFAIK, it will not apply anywhere for 1200. Chances
are that by 2400 you'll have a new, intelligent, computer that adjusts for
all this, and that Microsoft will be a historical name - like the Spanish
Inquisition.
