Following Martin's right remarks about the previous link, I have come across
a quite old Statalist contribution by Prof. JR Thompson (please see below,
with a little Italian e-mail flavour), reporting on a different link:
www2.le.ac.uk/departments/health-sciences/extranet/BGE/genetic-epidemiology/
gedownload/information.

Admittedly, I have avoided any drawbacks downloading WinBUGS directly from:
http://www.mrc-bsu.cam.ac.uk/bugs.

Carlo

Oggetto: st: WinBUGS from Stata

In The Stata Journal 2006;4:530-549 we described a set of programs for
running Bayesian analyses in Stata by calling WinBUGS

The article referred to a set of ado files that could be downloaded from
our website

Unfortunately we have changed web server and the old web address no
longer works. The ado files, manual and examples can now be downloaded
by going to our new (and rather long) web address

I end up on a very general site with this link...

Besides, on going bayesian with biostatistics I have found very interesting
the following (although it is not focused on Stata): Woodworth GG.

Dear Statalisters:
Is there some introductory book on Bayes analysis using Stata?
Thank you for the help.
