Following Martin's right remarks about the previous link, I have come across a quite old Statalist contribution by Prof. JR Thompson (please see below, with a little Italian e-mail flavour), reporting on a different link: www2.le.ac.uk/departments/health-sciences/extranet/BGE/genetic-epidemiology/ gedownload/information. Admittedly, I have avoided any drawbacks downloading WinBUGS directly from: http://www.mrc-bsu.cam.ac.uk/bugs.
