prtab (used in the original example) won't like using factor
variables. But this example works fine for me:
use "http://www.indiana.edu/~jslsoc/stata/spex_data/ordwarm2.dta";, clear
mlogit warm yr89 male white age ed prst
prtab age
estout, eform
Like Martin says, make sure you have the latest versions of
everything, both ado files and Stata.
