st: Almost ideal linear demand system

Dear all 
I'm trying to implement Deaton and Muellbauer's Almost Ideal linear Demand  System in Stata using seemingly unrelated regression.  I could manage to write in the long form but want to shorten it using looping but don't know how to handle it!  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
