I know that both -tukeyhsd- and -prcomp- use Tukey's HSD, but I'm not sure about the use with survey data. -fhcomp- performs Fisher-Hayter pairwise comparisons after anova (again uncertain about use with survey data). Please use -findit- to locate them.
You may find more help from other users if you tell us exactly what you are reading.
