Thanks to Kit Baum the -mixlogit- module has been updated on the SSC
archive. The update fixes a bug that precluded the estimation of
certain types of error-component models, i.e. models where the mean of
a coefficient is constrained to equal zero while its standard
deviation is freely estimated. Thanks to Ali Chalak for notifying me
about this. In addition the new version does some extra checks on the
estimation data set. Type -ssc install mixlogit, replace- or use
-adoupdate- to update.

-mixlogit- estimates mixed logit models for cross-sectional and panel
data using maximum simulated likelihood.

As always comments, suggestions and/or bug reports are welcome.
