I don't think there is any monitorable overall measure of missing and
delayed posts, only whatever fraction counts as missing or delayed as
far as any individual is concerned. 

As explained or implied at length in recent threads: 

1. Whatever gets sent out from Statalist is recorded in the archives. 

2. Whatever was in #1 that does not arrive in your inbox should thus be
presumed the responsibility of whatever handles your mail en route, not
the Statalist software. 

3. Whatever you send that does not arrive is mostly likely to be a
result of your sending HTML, MIME-encoded mails etc. or sending from an
address not subscribed to Statalist. (Note that some of these mails do
get through.) 

4. If you are convinced that #3 is not the explanation, then no one on
Statalist knows more about your emails than you do, so speculation is
futile.

Has the missing and delayed posts gotten worse over the last month. I
have
already missed four posts I made this week.
