Thanks to Kit Baum, a new version of -spmap- is now available from the SSC Archive.

New features:
* A new option -polyfirst- has been added. This new option allows the user to request that the supplementary polygons specified in option -polygon()- be drawn before the base map. By default, the base map is drawn before any other spatial object.
* A new option -freestyle- has been added. This new option allows the user to request that, when drawing the graph, all the formatting presets and restrictions built in -spmap- be ignored. By default, -spmap- presets the values of some graph options and restricts the use of some others, so as to produce a "nice" graph automatically. By specifying option -freestyle-, the user loses this feature but gains full control over most of the graph formatting options.
* Two new examples have been added to the help file to demonstrate the use of the new options.

Best wishes,
Maurizio Pisati
