st: cannibalizing game platforms for Stata?

I just wanted to alert list members to a recent article in New  
Scientist (Feb 16-22, 2008) magazine that describes how scientists in  
physics, chemistry, and medicine are taking advantage of Sony  
Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, and some graphics cards, to do  
computations much faster than on their desktops CPUs. I'm looking  
forward to the day someone connects Stata to a string of Playstation  
3's.
