Mea culpa...

Buzz B. says my Mata code doesn't get very far for him. That's  
because I forgot that invtokens() is not an official Mata function,  
but rather part of Ben Jann's moremata (ssc desc moremata). If you  
install that excellent function library from SSC, it will work fine.
