I would like to adopt nested multinomial logit model to analyse the farmers'
choices of livestock service providers. Could anyone please provide me the
estimation procedure in STATA 9.0. Though I have the software, I am new to
the programe. Kindly inform me whether any menu available or I should only
use the commands. If command, please help me to proceed.
