Hi all-
I'd like to perform a survival analysis using competing risks with
repeated failures but am unsure how to go about it. Specifically, I
have panel data on teachers who either are censored after 7 years,
transfer to a different school, or quit teaching. The competing
risks would be transferring schools or quitting teaching, and since
some teachers transfer numerous times (or even transfer numerous
times and then quit all during the period under observation), I
need to model the repeated failures. So far I've only been able to
find information on competing risks where the failure can occur only
once, such as the one in the statalist archive by May Bogess or the
FAQ by Mario Cleeves. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Tony
