st: Update to -moremata- on SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, the -moremata- package has been
updated on SSC.

The update adds two new Mata functions:

 - linbin() returns linearly binned data counts at 
   specified grid points.

 - makegrid() returns a grid of equally spaced points 
   over the range of a data vector.

To install the update, type

 . ssc install moremata, replace
