Subject | st: adjustment of diagnostic Likelihood Ratio's for covariates |
Date | Tue, 30 Sep 2003 07:56:05 +0200 (CEST) |
I want to construct a clinical diagnostic scoring system with about 8 variables. I would like to use diagnostic Likelihood Ratios to describe the multiplicative change in the probability of disease according to the information of each variable. All the variables are correlated in some way with the others and the usual independence Bayes rule is not valid. How can the LR's be adjusted for the covariance?
