On page 123 of the graphics manual, the text() option is described
for bar charts. Quote: "text() is documented in terms of twoway
graphs. When used with bar charts, the 'numeric' x axis is scaled to
run from 0 to 100." Does this mean the text() option is allowed with
bar charts or not?
