Subject   st: Graphing density probability plots, a way to mimic -ddplot- using -gammafit- ?

I am trying to produce a density probability plot fitted to data using
a gamma distribution produced from the data, like is done in FIGURE 5
here

The Stata Journal (2005) 5, Number 2, pp. 259-273
"Speaking Stata: Density probability plots"
http://www.stata-journal.com/sjpdf.html?articlenum=gr0012

It seems -ddplot- no longer exists. Can -gammafit- be used?

Thanks.
