Thank you, Jeff! That worked like a charm. The documentation for submitting
a paper the Stata Journal needs to be updated  to reflect this... I would
never have figured this out in a million years..

There was a style change (not sure when this happened) and the '\cnp' macro
was changed to behave like '\clearpage'.

A new macro called '\onnextpage' was added just in case someone wanted this
message back.
