Hello,

I'm looking to assess effects of examiners of a given multi-level diagnostic test. I've manually calculated diagnostic likelihood ratios [Pr(Ti/D+)/Pr(Ti/D-)] for each one of the 5 examiners.
My question is: is there a way to calculate those LR in Stata? Also, how do I test the hypothesis that LR1 = LR2 = LR3 = LR4 = LR5?

Thank you,
Eduardo Moreira
