What you did is unclear, because you do not give any exact code.
But -marginsplot- does allow an -addplot()- option. Its argument must,
as documented, be one or more calls to -twoway-. In any case, the
-addplot()- call must refer to existing variables (with some
exceptions that seem unlikely to help with your problem).
Saving the predictions from one model using -predict- and using the
variable in an -addplot()- call might be a way forward, but I've not
tried it.
