Dear all

I am trying to estimate a nested logit model like the one in Huang and
Ritter (2009), p.252-253.

I would like to use the same variables in both decision levels, like
Huang and Ritter did, but I get an error message saying that
"variables ..... are specified in more than one equation; this is not
allowed".

Does anyone know how to deal with this problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
