Hi Francesco,

I'm a bit confused as to your strategy. You mention that you have 2000 independent dummy variables and that the 40 clusters encompass those. Are you meaning that the 40 clusters are a linear combination of the 2000 dummy variables? If so, how then can you run -xtivreg2- with the fe option? Would that not omit many of the independent variables because of the collinearity?
