It would be nice to be able to suppress estimation of the standard
errors of the level 2 variances in the mixed commands. Some people
don't need them and it could speed up estimation.

It would be nice to have a subcommand to determine the identifying
assumption of all ordinal models (mixed or regular) as either: 1)set
constant=0 (the current specification), 2)set a given threshold=0.
There may be other feasible options as well. Avoiding the first is
nice because people are sometimes interested in the constant (e.g.,
when all covariates are centered) and/or want to specify
group-specific constants. Analysts are much less commonly interested
in the value of the thresholds. Agree that other coefficients won't
change. Still, I think it'd be nice.
