Yes, I have had the same experience. It is infrequent, but it does occur.
(In fact, it happened to me yesterday.)
I have made two observations in connection with this, for what they're
worth:
1. On one of these occasions I found the digest in my spam folder.
After retrieving and reading it, I could not figure out what caused it to go
there, but that did happen once.
2. There have been a few intervals where I have been receiving the digest
at two different e-mail addresses. Both have been effected at times, but
_never_ on the same day.
