Dear all,

I'd like to know the statistical significance of summary statistics.
For example, I have the mean value of family income for group 1 and
group 2. How to report the difference value for this statistics and
the significant level for this difference value in Stata? I tried
-sum- and -tabulate-, they both do not report this, I have to
calculate manually. I also tried -outreg2-, but this is for
estimation, summary statistics are not estimation results. So, what
command is best for my question?

Any suggestion is appreciated in advance.

Best,
Isabella
