Department of Biostatistics Institute of Psychiatry King's College London Applications are invited for the post of Statistician (MRC Calibration). The successful applicant will work on an MRC funded project on the use of auxiliary samples to allow inference from a set of studies that may have used different batteries of measures. The project, led by Andrew Pickles, involves collaboration with Professor Chris Roberts and Professor Graham Dunn of the Centre for Biostatistics at the University of Manchester. The successful candidate will have a formal qualification in statistics or related numerate discipline; familiarity with statistical software packages such as STATA, MathLab and/or R; competence in multivariate modelling; and experience of working as a medical or applied statistician. Salary will be on Grade 6, £31,331 - £37,382 per annum, plus £2,323 London allowance per annum.
