The Statalist FAQ asks you to state where you got user written software from. The logic is that there are often multiple versions of user written software floating around in cyber space, and it is obviously hard to help you if we are talking about different versions... When you signed up for Statalist you were asked to read the FAQ before posting to Statalist. They were serious; you realy do need to read the FAQ before posting to Statalist.
