Thanks to Kit Baum, an updated version of -fmm- is now available via
SSC. This version
1. fixes an error in the prediction after estimation of gamma mixtures,
2. allows for the estimation of lognormal mixtures.
3. incorporates some very minor (and not substantive) bug fixes
4. fixes errors in the help files.
