Charles,

This is the OS issue I alluded to in my e-mail. The C plugin that
makes is probably not available for what I am guessing is a 64-bit
Windows machine. The error message is pretty cryptic.

The author has offered to make the source code available in the past
so that you can try to compile it yourself. I was not able to do it,
but I am no expert programmer. Googgle "stata and strgroup" to find
details.
