Thanks, Richard, but I do have the latest version on both machines, that is,
xtabond2 2.9.4 23 May 2011 so that does not seem to drive the difference in
the results.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think the first thing I would do is make sure I have the same version of
xtabond2 on both machines. On mine I get
