Can anyone guide me to a Stata package that can do Manski bounds using
a monotone treatment selection (MTS), as in Manski and Pepper (2000).
(Note: I don't have assumptions about monotone treatment response or
monotone IV). I've found the Bounds package in Stata
(http://faculty.wcas.northwestern.edu/~cfm754/bounds_stata.pdf) but it
doesn't implement monotone treatment selection. It's also 11 years
old. Does anyone know of a package that can do MTS, or share their
code if they've done it?
Gratefully,
Bilal
