Thanks to Kit Baum an update to the -doubleb- and -singleb- commands
to estimate Contingent Valuation is available from
SSC. They udpated commans include an option to estimate the model
without including a constant (thanks to Jeremy Foltz from U
Wisconsin-Madison for suggesting this addition).
