Dear STATA lister,
I have dataset for a longitudinal dataset (at study enrolment, labeled
visit 1 and 4 follow-up time points).
Sometimes there is more than one row per patient per time point. I am
trying to clean the dataset to keep it one row per patient per time
point.
Example below for the current dataset (ID numbers 101 and 103 were
repeated at visits 1 and 2 respectively)
visit       id        HPV6         HPV18
1           101       1                  0
1           101       1                  0
1           102       0                  0
1           103       1                  1
2           100       1                  1
2           101       1                  0
2           103       1                  0
2           103       1                  0
etc...
Thank you in advance and best regards
Ziad
