I don't understand your question, as you seem to have already answered
it: in Stata 10 you can use -margeff- for that purpose. You can get
-margeff- by typing in Stata -ssc install margeff- and the helpfile
which you can by typing -help margeff- (after you installed it of
course) gives the syntax.

If this does not answer your question than you need to clarify what
exactly your question is.
