Try rebuilding your Mata library index before using -cendif- (Newson, SJ):

net install snp15_7.pkg, ///
       from(http://www.stata-journal.com/software/sj6-4/) replace
mata mata mlib index
sysuse auto, clear
cendif weight, tdist by(foreign)

To every ω-consistent recursive class κ of formulae there correspond
recursive class signs r, such that neither v Gen r nor Neg(v Gen r)
belongs to Flg(κ) (where v is the free variable of r).
