This sounds like a job for the -scsomersd- package, which you can download from SSC. The -scsomersd- package can calculate confidence intervals for medians, and other percentiles, adjusted for clustering and/or sampling probability weights. However, it does not (yet) cater for sampling strata, so the confidence intervals will be (if anything) conservative if you have used sampling strata.

The -scsomersd- package requires the -somersd- and -expgen- packages in order to work. Both of these packages can also be downloaded from SSC.

I hope this helps.

Best wishes
