Statalisters (& Mathew)

I have been unable to find any documentation/descriptions (via Stata help or
online) for the various cutpoint algorithms for CEM in Stata, namely
"scott", "ff", "sturges" & "fd". Can anyone direct me to more information?

Thanks in advance,

Ben
