Hello All:
I am looking for code/macro for time dependent ROC curve (Patrick J.
Heagerty,Thomas Lumley, and Margaret S. Pepe: Time-Dependent ROC
Curves for Censored Survival Data and a Diagnostic Marker. BIOMETRICS
56, 337-344;2000) in Stata . Till now i have used only c-index to
report accuracy of a biomarker (not sensitivity, specificity, ROC
curve of a biomarker in time dependent censored data set). I would be
obliged if someone have codes/macro to calculate time dependent ROC
curve, sensitivity, specificity of a biomarker in censored data set.
