Dear listers,

I´ve got a set of data (B,C & D), sampled each month over 16-21 months, for multiple patients. I´m interested in the effect on survival (S) of an intervention-A- that influence the data - B,C and D, but A might also be an independent risk factor in itself. A might be administered multiple times and in different doses during the study, usually based on the value of B.

The main interest is the effect of A on S keeping B,C & D constant. Also the effect of A on B would be interesting.

Any ideas?

Regards,
M
