Sectioning of the manual obviously changes from version to
version. Since You did not specify the version of Stata you
had, I assumed you had the latest version (11), as is
discussed in the Statalist FAQ. For version 10, it is section
20.15 of the Users' Guide, I don't have the manuals for older
versions at hand.
