st: Heteroskedastic Probit

Hello,

I am learning Heteroskedastic Probit and am having some difficult.  I cannot find the stata code for doing differencing on the variables in the Variance Model.  Also, I am unsure of how to then display this graphically.  Thank you so much for your help!
