This is not supported by -estout-. All you can do is produce separate
files and then later collect them together into a single workbook.
Maybe Excel offers some ways to automate this, but I don't know.

 However, I think -xml_tab- offers the possibility to append sheets. See

 . ssc describe xml_tab
