-xtivreg2-, available in the usual way from ssc-ideas, allows weights.

But whether or not the weights actually make sense is up to you to
determine!  If Stata Corp have not put in support for weights, there is
usually a good reason.  It might have to do with programming, or there
might be a statistical basis for it.

Perhaps one of Statalist's statisticians can comment?
