Note that it is Statalist policy not to respond privately, so you'll
need to monitor the list to see whether a question got answered or not.
The reason is that others may at some point in the future have the same
problem as you, and may look at the statalist archive. If I responded to
your question privately, they will only learn that others had the same
problem, but not the answer. This is discussed in the Statalist FAQ:
