Install -ssc inst cmp- and search its help for -oprobit-. It even has a
clickable entry ""IV-oprobit". Also note David`s recent presentation in DC
at

Ordered probit model with continuous endogenous regressors

Dear All,

I have an ordered probit model and continuous endogenous variables
that needs to be instrumented. Stata currently does not have this
iv-oprobit programmed. There have been several similar questions on
statalist. Someone recommended gllamm. I'd really appreciate if if you
can share your thoughts on this.
