Yes. I also see that the ssc install installs c.ado. I found it very strange to call an ado file c.ado.
When execute according to the fastcd syntax I get the following
. c
no database - type "c cur code" to add the current directory
. c cur code
(note: file c:\ado\personal/directoryfile.txt not found)
file c:\ado\personal/directoryfile.txt could not be opened

called c.ado and consequently resides in another directory...
Type -which c- to see that...
